My name is Pam and I work in a GP practice in Birmingham as a Holistic Therapist, Stop Smoking Advisor, Health Care Assistant and am involved in Smoking Cessation Clinic’s, Weight Reduction Clinic’s and various other Clinics’. My achievements and commitments in the area of Smoking Cessation in particular have been recognised by the Birmingham PCT Stop Smoking Services. I am a fully qualified IIHHT Holistic therapist, Reiki Master/Teacher and Hypnotherapist. I have been working in General Practice for 23 years and over the years have done various courses & attended workshops.

My journey towards holistic therapy began in 2006 when I was introduced to Reiki by a friend. I was suffering from intense back pain and was taking pain killers on a daily basis. Having experienced the first  hand benefits of Reiki I was amazed firstly how much lighter, calm, energised and relaxed I felt, and in addition to the lessening of the back pain. Following that session I had a couple of more sessions and experienced a real improvement, I felt more balanced, focused & energised. I decided to qualify to offer others the same experience.

A spiritual awakening followed when I met my Reiki Master and received my Usui Reiki 1 attunement in 2006. I felt such peace, balance that it just opened me up energetically to desire to train in other Holistic and Spiritual treatments that helped change me as a person. Six months later  I enrolled at College on a Reflexology  & Indian head massage course, and from here I decided to learn a range of therapies for my clients and over the years I have done various other courses & attended workshops. I am a fully qualified & Certified Holistic Therapist in Reflexology, Indian head massage, Hopi ear candle treatment, Crystal therapy and Angel healing. I am a Certified Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, Hypnotherapist, Hypnothin Practitioner, Advanced Emotional Freedom Technique, Neuro-Linguistic Programming & Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Practitioner & Past Life Regression Practitioner.

I am naturally covered for insurance purposes and every client can be assured of patient confidentiality. I am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council & the Association for Meridian & Energy Therapies. I have achieved diploma status with the International Institute of Health and Holistic Therapies, Vocational Training Charitable Trust  & General Hypnotherapy Standards Council.
